I order a pizza online when they first rolled out that feature maybe 10 years ago. After waiting around for over an hour, we finally called the pizza place and they had no idea about our order so we just did it over the phone like normal. It appears the system has improved.
Leave the door unlocked and put a intercom next to the door. Problem solved.
I’m a fan of the old-fashioned way, especially since I believe Round Table still doesn’t have ordering over the net. I just have the numbers for the closest ones in my cell phone, complete with Round Table logos. Gotta love my RAZR. ^_^;
It’s kind of pointless for me when I’m within 10-15 minutes driving range of them, anyway. Italian Garlic Supreme 4 life!
papa johns always had a great and efficient (yes always worked) online ordering system for the last 5 years or so, but they started charging a delivery charge, so no soup for them
Ahh Papa John’s….I KINDA Miss them. 🙂 KINDA! 😛 Got better pizza choices around here….one of the better pizza places in our area is Papa Saverio’s VERY YUMMY! Last two pizzas have been awesome! 🙂 But, when we were in WV and Papa John’s was all we had….we did the ordering online thing quite a bit. BUmmer about the delivery charges. :/
All that’s left is the development of a high tech toilet/computer chair. Then you NEVER have to get up for anything, having one of those ‘wash you butt’ bidets built in a a little puff of deodorant for the backside would be nice too to keep things from stinkin up too much.
