I gave blood today! The nurse got creative and drew a little cupid heart on my pink and red bandage.

They let you have five green-backed cards also, right?
Hooray for giving blood! I have about six months until I can again (they recommend waiting a year after tattooing, just in case), but hooray for you giving of yourself. Literally!
And, aw… a lovey bandage. 🙂

You say that as if this is the first time I’ve donated blood…
There could be as many as 9 people out there that have a little bit of me in them… (three prior donations * platelets, plasma and red blood cells)
