{"id":646,"date":"2005-09-14T00:16:00","date_gmt":"2005-09-14T07:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hamusutaa.com\/blog\/?p=646"},"modified":"2005-09-14T00:16:00","modified_gmt":"2005-09-14T07:16:00","slug":"zettai-carwash-mokushiroku","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hamusutaa.com\/blog\/2005\/09\/14\/zettai-carwash-mokushiroku\/","title":{"rendered":"Zettai Carwash Mokushiroku"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><lj user=bobthetrout> decided to torment us all with the Utena movie, which we mocked endlessly.<\/p>\n<p><!--more What I understand about the Utena movie--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nobody actually goes to class at this &#8220;school.&#8221;\n<li>It&#8217;s easier to identify people by the color of their hair than their actual names.\n<li>There are roses everywhere, besides being a safety hazard at a high school, I&#8217;d think, because of the thorns.\n<li>Of course, this &#8220;school&#8221; consists of nothing but floating platforms with no railings so I guess safety isn&#8217;t the prime concern of the staff.\n<li>Wait&#8230;. what staff?  All I remember seeing were students.\n<li>People fight with real swords, yet don&#8217;t injure each other.  Oh wait, there was that one part where the guy (Blue hair) stabbed his sister (Purple hair), but didn&#8217;t kill her, just made a <i>huge gaping hole<\/i> in her, which was supposed to be symbolic or some junk, much like the rest of the movie, but in his daze he pulls down a curtain and falls out a window and she has to bury him in a rose garden, one of many rose gardens in the school and did I mention that he stabs her because she was actually awake and pretending to be asleep when he was about to try and rape her and he was upset at this and this has been a very long sentence and I think this was the one bit of plot that I actually remember from the whole movie, but needed a bit of guidance from the peanut gallery to get to that point, anyway.\n<li>Carwash.  Magical carwash.  Magical carwash that turns Utena (Pink) into a <i>car<\/i>.
