It appears to just be a collection of all people with a Permanent Account.  When I first looked, <a href=\"http:\/\/eideteker.livejournal.com\/\" class=\"lj-user\">eideteker<\/a> wasn&#8217;t in there, but now he is, so whoever&#8217;s doing it is doing it gradually.  It&#8217;s a very odd thing to do.<\/p>\n<p>There are 10 people in #conversatron on hamusutaa.com right now.  (Of course, one is the logging bot.)  For a non-college time, that&#8217;s fairly active.<\/p>\n<p><small><b>[Edit: It would help if I spelled &#8220;somebodies&#8221; correctly.
