Greetings from AOD

There be internet access in the AOD ConOps room. And it only cost $1.99 for the month because I’m an AT&T Yahoo! customer. Weird, huh?

The entire contents of my car, Rob’s car, and a few other things are all sitting in the room, and it’s me on my laptop. I am very tired from lugging things in.

I forgot to bring paper for the printer for the second con in a row. I suck.

  1. Interesting about the net access… Reminds me, I’ve got a spare pack of printer paper. I’ve got several loose sheets, 3-hole punched, if you don’t mind, and you haven’t been resupplied between now and tomorrow afternoon.

In the meantime, I’ll try to locate wi-fi hotspots in the area. (.5 mile radius. If nothing else, if I happen to side-trip to JapanTown, I recall there was free wi-fi in the lobby of The Hotel Formely Known As The Radisson Miyako, but that could have changed by now.)

  2. i’m gonna drop by around noon so i can dump my stuff off so i don’t need to drag around foro j-town for dinnner.. isthat ok mr. bossman?

btw, i had a case of the scheffler field at home last night. curses!

  3. AOD seems kinda boring but at least there are other “conventions” happening in the bay area. I wonder if there is anybody there going just to stay in SF and do other things instead of getting a membership? LOL
